Corrections and pricing updates
If something on the site looks wrong, tell us which page you were on, what the problem is, and what it should say. A link to your own page is plenty of evidence for us.
If you work for one of the vendors we cover, this is the quickest way to get us updated. Perhaps your pricing has changed, or we have listed you as not publishing a price and now you do. We would much rather show your real figures than a reported range, so please send them over.
Using our research
You are very welcome to quote our price index or category tables, as long as you credit us and link back. If you would like us to check a figure before you publish it, just ask. We would far rather help you get it right than see it quoted wrongly.

Happy to talk about what we have found, including the bits the industry would probably rather we left out. The findings people usually pick up on are how few vendors publish a price at all, and how much that varies depending on the type of software.
Things we have to say no to
We get asked fairly often, so it is easier to say upfront.
- Paid placement, sponsored listings or affiliate deals. We do not do them and we are not planning to.
- Link exchanges.
- Showing vendors their page before it goes live. Nobody gets a preview, including the tools that come out well.
- Guest posts pitched by SEO agencies. Sorry.
