A contract lifecycle platform covering creation, negotiation, signature and obligations, positioned between the lightweight tools and the enterprise platforms.

What it costs

No published list price. Reported from around $10,000 a year with a range of roughly $5,000 to $50,000, priced per seat rather than on contract volume. The VerifAI review add-on is reported to add $5,000 to $15,000 a year. Implementation is reported at two to four weeks and often included.

How it scores, and where

We score a tool for the job each guide is about rather than giving it one number everywhere, so SpotDraft scores differently depending on what you are trying to do. These are its actual scores on the guides it appears on. How we score.

Fit by buyer

Scored 1 to 5, where 5 means the tool was built for that buyer. Scope is how much of the job it does. These are the same scores used on every guide SpotDraft appears on. How we score.

Who it suits

Mid-market teams wanting platform capability without an enterprise deployment. Implementation is reported at two to four weeks and often included, against configuration charged separately and measured in months elsewhere in this category, which is a genuine difference.

Who should look elsewhere

Very large or heavily regulated groups needing deep multi-entity handling and ERP integration, where Icertis and Ironclad are built for the job. It also publishes no rate card, so budgeting means a conversation.

Limitations

Considerably less configurable, so a genuinely unusual process will not fit and you are back where you started. Per-seat pricing works against you once many departments touch contracts, and the AI review capability is a separate add-on.
