Icertis review 2026: pricing, fit and who it suits
9.4 out of 10, its highest score on any guide how this is calculated
An enterprise contract platform built around procurement and the buy side. Sourcing workflow, supplier master data and ERP integration are first-class rather than adapted, and obligations carry an owner and a status.
What it costs
No published price and no reliable reported figure we could source. Enterprise sales-led, quoted on contract volume and module count. Widely understood to sit at the top of the market alongside Ironclad.
How it scores, and where
We score a tool for the job each guide is about rather than giving it one number everywhere, so Icertis scores differently depending on what you are trying to do. These are its actual scores on the guides it appears on. How we score.
Fit by buyer
Scored 1 to 5, where 5 means the tool was built for that buyer. Scope is how much of the job it does. These are the same scores used on every guide Icertis appears on. How we score.
| Lawyer in Word | In-house legal | Commercial team | Enterprise | Scope | Price |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | 3 | 1 | 5 | 5 | None |
Who it suits
Procurement functions managing a large supplier base, and global groups with many entities and jurisdictions. Multi-entity handling is a core strength and the usual reason large international groups choose it at this tier.
Who should look elsewhere
Mid-sized businesses arriving here by reputation rather than requirement. It publishes no price and we could source no reliable figure, deployment is measured in months with a dedicated owner, and Juro reaches most of the value in weeks at a floor you can actually establish.
Limitations
Publishes nothing and no reported figure could be sourced, and implementation is longer than Agiloft's rather than shorter. If configuration time was your complaint, this does not solve it.
