PandaDoc review 2026: pricing, fit and who it suits
8.6 out of 10, its highest score on any guide how this is calculated
Document creation and electronic signature built around documents you send repeatedly. Build a template once, send it many times, and track who has opened and signed.
What it costs
Published at $19 per user a month, one of the few vendors in this market to state a list price at all.
How it scores, and where
We score a tool for the job each guide is about rather than giving it one number everywhere, so PandaDoc scores differently depending on what you are trying to do. These are its actual scores on the guides it appears on. How we score.

Who it suits
Commercial teams whose contract is effectively the last page of a proposal they already send, and small businesses wanting templates and signature in one place at a published $19 per user a month.
Who should look elsewhere
Anyone whose risk is in inbound paper. It is built around documents you issue and has no view on contract content at all, so it does nothing for a supplier agreement somebody has sent you.
Limitations
Almost no clause-level intelligence. It will produce a document quickly and tell you nothing about whether the terms are sensible, which is fine until something is negotiated.
