A contract platform designed so that people outside legal can create and agree contracts inside rules legal has set. Templates are controlled centrally, the business self-serves from them, and anything departing from the standard escalates automatically.

What it costs

Sales-led with no public list price. Reported annual contracts run approximately $15,000 to $130,000, with marketplace medians around $31,000 to $34,500, priced on contract volume rather than per seat.

How it scores, and where

We score a tool for the job each guide is about rather than giving it one number everywhere, so Juro scores differently depending on what you are trying to do. These are its actual scores on the guides it appears on. How we score.

Fit by buyer

Scored 1 to 5, where 5 means the tool was built for that buyer. Scope is how much of the job it does. These are the same scores used on every guide Juro appears on. How we score.

Who it suits

Mid-size companies where several people issue contracts and terms have started to drift. Automatic escalation from the template is the capability worth the money, and the browser-native negotiation with an audit trail suits teams whose counterparties are not wedded to Word.

Who should look elsewhere

Businesses that mainly receive supplier paper rather than issuing their own, and any team of under about ten with one person handling contracts, where approval routing has nothing to route. Reported from around $15,000 a year, so it is a real commitment.

Limitations

If your process genuinely is unusual, its opinions become constraints and you will be working around them. Priced on contract volume with no published figure, so growth cannot be modelled in advance.
